General Campus Store FAQ

  1. Are physical campus stores open?
    Our West and Lake Nona Campus Stores are currently open. Students will still need to purchase their course materials online, via the Valencia College Online Campus Store.

  2. Can my online order be sent to my home?
    Yes, online orders can be sent via UPS to your home address

  3. Can I ship my order internationally?
    We are able to ship to most countries with the exception of military bases and P.O. boxes

  4. Can I pick up my online order?
    Yes, you can choose VC Vault pick up when purchasing your course materials and merchandise. Once you select VC Vault pickup you will be able to pick up your order at one of six campuses where the VC Vault is located. You will receive a text and/or email with a pickup code which you will enter at the VC Vault to pickup your order.

  5. What happens if I do not pick up my online order?
    If you selected order pick up for a general merchandise order (clothes, school supplies, electronics, etc.) and did not pick up your order we will cancel and refund that order. If you selected order pick up for a textbook order and did not pick it up from the VC Vault, then your order will be taken to that campus' store. Please note, you will need to pickup your books by the end of the semester or they will be forfeited.

  6. If my order is damaged or missing an item, what should I do?
    Any order discrepancies must be reported to the Campus Stores Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving the order. They can be reached at (407) 582-5310 or atonlineorder@valenciacollege.edu.

  7. When will my online order arrive?
    Orders will typically process and ship in 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary. You can track your order by signing in to the Campus Store and selecting Order History.
    You will be able to check the status of your recent orders:
    • Ordered: At this stage, we have received your order.
    • Processed: At this stage, we have processed your order and are currently working on shipping your order to you.
    • Reserved: At this stage, we have processed your order and are currently working on shipping your order to the pick up location you requested.
    • Shipped: At this stage, your order is on its way! Please look for an email from UPS for tracking information.
    We are working to send orders as quickly as possible. However, the best way to ensure you have your order on time, is to order as early as you can.

  8. How do I find my tracking number for an order I have placed?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use the tracking number to track your package on the UPS Tracking Website.

  9. Can I use my financial aid for online orders?
    Yes! To use your financial aid, please follow these steps to authorize your financial aid to be used at the campus store. After you complete those steps, select financial aid as the payment (tender) type during the checkout process.

  10. How do I find and purchase my course materials?
    You can access all your course materials directly from your detail schedule in Atlas. Please visit our Buy Textbooks page.

  12. What does the term "back-ordered" mean?
    The item is not available at this time, but we are expecting to receive more stock at a later date. If you place an order, the item will be processed when it becomes available.

  13. How do I access my VitalSource ebook?
    After receiving notification of your order being processed, an email from VitalSource will be sent to you within two hours. The email will contain instructions on how to access your eBook. You may need to search all folders within the email address you provided. Any single VitalSource eBook order will have its shipping fees waived.

  14. Who should I contact if my VitalSource ebook cannot be accessed?
    If you have received your VitalSource email but are having difficulty accessing your eBook, please contact VitalSource Support.

  15. What does the term "Open Educational Resource" mean?
    Open Educational Resources (OER) are materials that will be provided by the professor at no cost to the student.

  16. Who should I contact if I need additional assistance?
    The Campus Stores Customer Service Team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They can be reached at (407) 582-5310 or at onlineorder@valenciacollege.edu.
